If you’re having trouble logging in to your Facebook account, here are some things you can try.

    Try recovering your Facebook account
Go to facebook.com/login/identify and follow the instructions. Make sure that you use a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log in to your Facebook account.
Search for the account that you want to recover. You can search for your account by name, email address or phone number.
Follow the on-screen steps to reset the password for your account.
Recover your Facebook account from a friend’s or family member’s account
From a computer, go to the profile of the account that you’d like to recover.
Click more below the cover photo.
Select Find support or report profile.
Choose Something else, then click Next.
Click Recover this account and follow the steps.
If your password isn’t working or you don’t remember your password

If you know your current password, you can change it.
When you create a new password, bear in mind:
Your password should be easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
Your Facebook password should be different to the passwords you use to log in to other accounts, such as your email or bank account.
Longer passwords are usually more secure.
Your password should not be your email address, phone number or date of birth.
If you’re having trouble changing your password, learn how to get login and password help.
