As fun as it might seem, but making this list of pizzas, in reality, was a difficult task. Because of the tests, there were nights that I woke up at 3am with indigestion from the spongy pizza bases and fat cheese. There were also disregarded salads that were rotten yellow leaves, or without dressing, and to top it off, there were shady waiters to deal with. However, we sifted through the rubble to realize that in addition to all the terrible and ugly (and yes, there was a little bit of this) it was plenty of very good, excellent. pizza around me
The pizzas we chose to make our top five lists, use traditional thin bases made of long fermentations, which show respect to the origin of flour as well as other ingredients, provide traditional toppings, and sometimes modern-day creativity. The pizzas (the plural of pizza is as in Italian For the record, pizzas) are cooked over a fire. The most important thing is that they all taste delicious!
