    If the Quicken online service is unavailable then it is surely going to be a problem for you. However, there is nothing that can’t be fixed. We are here to assist you to get rid of this issue. You can start by signing out from Quicken and then sign back in. You can refer to the steps mentioned below to fix it:
    · Open Quicken and then click on ‘Edit
    · Select ‘preference’ and then go to ‘Quicken ID, mobile and alerts’
    · Click on ‘Sign in as a different user’
    · Type in ‘Yes’ on the next screen and then sign out of any other account
    · Sign in back with the same Quicken ID
    · Enter your Quicken ID and password and then click to sign in to the account
    · Follow the instructions that you see on the screen to sign back in with the same Quicken ID

    A. Create your Quicken file backup
    1. Open Quicken
    2. Go to File > Backup and Restore > Backup Quicken File…
    3. Follow on-screen instructions to back up your file

    B. Ensure your Quicken is running with the latest release.
    1. Open Quicken
    2. Go to Help > Check for Updates
    3. Click Yes to launch an update if available.
